Tiers are often confused with the layers inside the cake. Tiers are the cakes stacked on top of each other to elevate your design. 


 All of our tiers have 3 1" layers of cake and 2 layers of filling.

Our biggest question is buttercream vs fondant. Buttercream is a sweet frosting that can create texture, marbling, and a beautiful base to your decor. It can be flavored and colored. Fondant is a sweet layer added over a buttercream crumb coat giving a smooth clean canvas for your design. Guests don't like the fondant? Simple we only add

Fondant is a sweet layer added over a buttercream crumb coat giving a smooth clean canvas for your design. Guests don't like the fondant? Simple we only add a thin layer that is easily peeled off. Both too sweet? Ask about our Swiss meringue buttercream.

Number cakes are carved to the size and shape of the number you want. They are 2 layers of your favorite flavor cake and one layer of your favorite filling. The top is adorned with a delicious buttercream and your favorite flowers, candy, treats, and/or decor.

·A 2” one layer of chocolate or vanilla cake, no filling, and chocolate or vanilla frosting. Decorated with floral or swirled frosting and a special message, with up to 3 different colors. Personalization of theme can be added for an extra cost.
